If it’s real gold it’s probably a custom made ring. You can probably start asking jewelers if they do custom rings.
You can make a lot of custom rings on AliExpress. Price is really affordable too.
Check out the crew around zwangere guy, they work a lot with a goldsmith that does custom jewelry.
