  4. This is a trend around the world. Russia started an invasion in Ukraine, and half the world is pretending it’s not happening. Israel is massacring civilians in Gaza and stealing land and murdering in the West Bank on a daily basis, with the active support of a good part of the West.

    The rules-based international order is gone. This will all only get worse.

  5. Look whether the independence of Kosovo is right or wrong is irrelevant, simply put it Serbia is not Russia. Even if Serbia has the means to “retake” Kosovo (which it probably does) it most certainly couldn’t survive western sanctions like Russia can. Serbia isn’t a major power it’s a small landlocked country in the Balkans and cannot go against the collective west like it or not. The west has decided that Kosovo is to be independent and Serbia has to get used to that, be it fair or not.

  21. As someone from Serbia and part of the military, I gotta say.. people love to talk but few back it up with action.

    Our government may be corrupt and incompetent but they’re not stupid, it’s not very profitable for them to do anything about Kosovo, but talking about it and shouting false promises does give them votes.

    Right now, we’re all pretty much aware our government takes money from Russia, China, USA, EU, the Arabs, you name it… It’s all just a game, and we all fall for it. Like yall believing every online poll.

  25. For everyone who is wondering – no, there will be no more wars.
    Because the next war waged by Serbia, even if defensive one in nature like it did in 1914 against Austro-Hungary, will be the last one. There are few young people left, the nation is dying out and if they had a war now there would be nobody left afterwards to repopulate the nation.
    Same thing goes for everyone else around – even Albanians on Kosovo who also started losing population due to immigration in the last several years.
    So these polls only serve to feed the government agenda and nothing more. Pure bait.

People alwys act like these polls don’t REALLY reflect the will of the people, like this or Russians support for Ukraine war, but it’s not how it is… If the entire population is bombarded by only one point of view all day and night in the news, they will eventually accept it, especially if it’s convenient. It’s a closed circle that’s hard to break.
