Ukrainian troops push deeper into Russia

After months on the defensive, Ukrainian forces smashed across the Russian border, taking more than 400 square miles of territory, according to Kyiv, whose troops continue to pour into the Kursk region. Ian Lee reports from Kyiv.

  1. Seems like Ukrainian manpower and military action would be better spent taking back Ukraine territory held and controlled by Russia.

  2. Ukraine is in a war of attrition. Expanding their forces without a strategic goal is hasting their demise.
    Not to mention the eastern front is crumbling, and these troops can help there.
    I fail to see what this will provide ukraine

    Since Zelenskyy is taking Russian land, he’s calling his invasion of Russia a SPECIAL AMPUTATION !!

  4. Stop celebrating the Ukrainian victory; Russian retaliation could be severe, which worries me.
    Russia is more powerful than Ukraine.

  5. So what if Ukraine controls Kursk, Russia isn't negotiating or pulling back 🤷 Classic Russian trade land for time tactic.
