We add municipality elections a month ago, which IMO did not go that badly for the ruling party, apart maybe from an huge surprise which was Lisbon changing hands (closest poll gave a 9 points advantage to the incumbet who it turned out lost).
The left parties can not run the risk of looking like they are just yes-men to the ruling party. The biggest opposition party is running their own elections soon, and its current head is on a shaky position though his biggest challenger is also kind of meh politically. Interesting. I would give 50-50 odds to everything… And trust no polls.
