Hello everyone.
Could you possibly identify this plaque. It was found on a Dutch riverbank by a friend of mine.
Any advice or identification would be greatly appreciated. I believe an airport was the earliest venue for karting in Luxembourg in 1960. Was this a national or international Grand Prix? Who organised the event and where? Is this signage or a prize? Are there any books on the subject that can be recommended by you good people? Thank you for your attention.
