Anti immigration mouthpiece, who was arrested for using false documents to enter America, may have Irish passport cancelled.
Beautiful.
Stephen Christopher yaxley Lennon takes up a lot of space on the auld passport
No argument here. Rescind from that scum.
> “I have suggested that it should be reviewed,” Flanagan, a Fine Gael TD, told the Sunday Times. “These are potentially serious issues. If there are irregularities or allegations of fraud then they should be reviewed
But if he gets it through his mother then what’s the potential fraud?
Please Lord let this be true. Coked up little cunt.

This is kind of a weird one: personally, I’d love to see this arsehole stripped of his passport for myriad reasons, but my opinions don’t – and shouldn’t – count for anything. I didn’t realise that the Passport Act gave such broad powers to the state – nor am I arguing against them. I don’t know what the penalty is for lying on an immigration form, but surely – given his connections to the far-right lunatics on the island – they could simply withdraw his passport on grounds of national security or for the general/greater good? Both of which are provided for in the Passport Act. Might set a dangerous precedent – law of unintended consequences and all that – but is that an unreasonable move i.e. is that overkill?
