Hello everyone! We'd like to buy a house in "VEFA". We're reading the "cahier des charges" of multiple constructions, and we're seeing that some companies make US pay the cost of energy during the construction (an a lot of other thing that we thought the construction company would take care of).
Do you think that this is normal? Is the Cahier Des Charges modifiable with the company?
