    Ich weiß ja nicht ob das so viel bringt ihm das auf diesen Weg zu zeigen.

    Aber vlt denkt man sich ka, wenn wir eh nicht auf ihn bauen kann man auch statt ihm nen jungen hüpfer mit in den Kader packen und es ist gar nicht als Statement gemeint?

  2. Im strongly againts this type of behaviour with players … Specially if there’s no reason that he did something VERY wrong to deserve it … I am ashamed

  3. He will get included again soon after the transfer window is closed, then we will get the usual bullshit quotes that they never wanted to force him out and that he earned his minutes. I don’t see him move and it shouldn’t be held against him.

  4. I thought even “5th choice” players should be given match-fitness wherever and whenever possible?

    Giving Goretkza treatment that is below that of Bouna Sarr is surprising. What did Leon Goretzka do to be not deserving of *Mia San Mia*? Pavlovic just a few months ago was raving about how good of a teammate Leon was, and how supportive he was of Pavlovic’s growth (as Pavlovic was taking playing time away from Leon!).

    In the season 1992/93 Bayern excluded him from the squad and the Bayern Board called him the best paid golf player in germany after Bernhard Langer.

  7. If you are ok with this then you have to be ok when a player holds out to get a better contract.

  9. It’s odd people keep trying to talk about Goretzka’s quality and say he’s deservedly 5th cuz the only reason any of this is happening is cuz the club wants to sell him. If the club didn’t wanna sell him he suddenly wouldn’t be 5th. Nevermind last season when Tuchel put him in his doghouse people didn’t like that. But now suddenly he’s awful and he’s deservedly being left out of the squad and even Laimer is somehow way better than him?

    It seems to me people have decided they don’t like him and just grasping at anything the club throws out to justify their narrative. Confirmation bias, if you will. As I said already, this whole situation revolves around the club wanting to move him on. VK’s “assessment” of him is driven by what the club wants. So if the club wasn’t wanting to move him on he definitely wouldn’t be 5th choice
