It's two days in a row that Salt Fiber is down, about the same time and this is like everywhere in Switzerland!

This service is becoming more and more annoying.

I used to side by the Salt offer compare to other ISP, but now price is not competitive anymore and the service quality is ephemeral… Time to jump ship!?

  1. Yes, no other ISP ever had issues. Definitely time to jump ship.

  2. Its the DNS down, you can use google DNS and you get internet back (just did it)

  3. How can I get out of my contract? I still have like 8 months left on a 24 month deal…so done with them. Also, how do I report an issue?
