1. So Healthcare in Washington will become more affordable? Excellent news, I hope they don’t monkey with it. 

2. Yet other countries like the UK will still outlaw it over some old-fashioned sense that we’re too civilised for it.

   Legalise it and tax it. The government gets to control what goes in it and make a profit too.
