Pasta with a sauce made of veal mince, onions, garlic, homegrown basil and oregano, and homegrown tomatoes

1. I also had some tomato purée and a dash of red wine in the sauce… and some salt and pepper. A chunk of fresh mozzarella on top. No leftovers.
