Since 2022, a large-scale cyberattack operation has been conducted against Western journalists, politicians, public figures, governmental, non-governmental, scientific and media organizations in the United States and Europe.

1. Well, that’s one of the realms where Russia is waging a war against the western democracies.

   Another one is the information space where the consequences are even more severe, yet the means of fighting are much harder to understand/identify for most people.

2. A lot of people on that list are involved in a misinformation campaign against UK citizens whose interests they are supposed to represent. At least I can understand Russia’s motives. The west has no high ground here.
