1. Problem is that the US, not The UK, is the one preventing the missiles from flying into Russia.  

2. I’d better point out that The Telegraph was always a right-wing paper but in recent years it’s moved to the far-right and now supports the Trump-like “Reform” party in the UK. But the centre-left “Labour” party became the ruling party in a landslide victory last month, so The Telegraph will try to attack the new government with a hard spin on any news story. You can ignore the nonsense in this article; the Labour party under Keir Starmer has thrown its full support behind Ukraine.
