    We have wasted FAR TOO MUCH MONEY on that boondoggle. It failed. Now stop throwing good money after bad.

    It was always a bad idea. The economics of it NEVER made sense. Smart engineers and physicists have been saying this for 30+ years.

    But we gave it a chance…it failed. Now STOP WASTING MONEY ON IT.
