Never been a fan of NI summers, in my neighbourhood it's mainly just "taps aff", dogs barking and people shouting in the street at 1AM.
Now, it's quiet, the house is cosy and I've got the big socks on. Soon the leaves will start to turn and the best season of the year will be underway.
Any other NI residents feel that, at least in terms of weather, they could never live anywhere else?

We have nine months of big socks, heating on, rain bating shite out of the windows. The rest of the time the weather’s terrible.

I’ve never been a fan of Summer. I love Autumn and Winter. However, it’s been heaven not having to have the heat on the last few months. The extra money is really gonna make me extra resentful for having to pay it later in the year (in reality, probably within the next few weeks).
