Republican candidates sabotaging US Foreign Affairs to win elections is an age old crime spree.

  26. If Trump did do this he should be charged. I understand trying to get a political advantage against your opponent but this is a crime. Stopping an agreement negotiated by your opponent just to make them look bad is a violation of the Logan Act. On top of that, Israel should be chastised for even entertaining his phone call.

  27. This is only the beginning, folks. Trump will commit whatever crimes he can to help himself win. Do not think, for a second, that this election will be anything short of a fight to the death.

    If Trump wins he knows he is home free. If he loses he knows there’s a strong chance he’ll die in prison for his previous crimes regardless. He has NOTHING to lose.

  29. Only two people in the entire history of the country have been indicted under the Logan Act, in 1802 and 1852. Neither were convicted. The Logan Act is toothless because nobody has the balls to actually enforce it. There is zero chance the current DOJ leadership will go after Trump for this.
