More than a hundred firefighters tackle blaze at Somerset House
More than a hundred firefighters raced to the historic Somerset House as grey smoke billowed into the air from the London landmark.

It’s understood the blaze, which raged for two hours this afternoon, was in the west wing of the building, and no artworks were damaged.
The Georgian era buildings are home to the Courtauld Gallery, and its precious masterpieces from the middle ages.
