As you can See in the Video, huge Rocks keep falling down from the construction above my flat, right where i sit Outside. Luckily i was in the Office today 😄

I already filled multiple complaints with the BCA and the local Police, but nothing Happens (as expected 😂)

Does anyone Had experience With Something similar in the past? And most important, can you recommend a laywer ?

I know Malta is wasteland, when its comes to constructions, but there musst be Something i can do (besides wearing a helmet at Home)

  1. There’s a new hot line to report unsafe construction. Call them

  2. Call BCA. They have to shut down the site until they fix the protections

  6. That’s nothing, wait until you’re actually injured and then you might get a response. A better option is to just leave that shithole of an island, the people are muck.

  7. You can call the police if it opposes a direct danger and they will call a state perit to give an assessment and then contacting the owners for measures

  8. get the number of the health and safety officer in charge…. it is his responsibility that the site is safe for everyone. I would also speak to the STO.
