My Mum god rest her made the worst stew in the world… halved spuds half cooked, massive chunks of beef barely cooked and pretty much raw carrots. You needed two boxes of Rennies after eating it as the heartburn was crazy. But man what I wouldn’t give to have her here making me a pot of the worst stew in Belfast. Your stew looks great though.
