I understand these are photoshopped to some extent (maybe completely photoshopped I don’t know 😅) but I’m looking for a moss covered forest in Scotland and so far I’m not having the best luck working out which ones these photos could have been taken. These locations just look so magical and I’m traveling there over the weekend and would love to hike somewhere like this. Any suggestions of beautiful forests with tangled trees and lots of green would be welcome! Thank you so much 🙂

  1. I’m sure the picture with the mounds is somewhere down Cornwall/Devonshire

  2. They’re not Scotland.

The photographer was in France and Spain when he took these. Possibly the Cévennes forest.

  3. It looks like the forest of dean, not Scotland but very pretty none the less

  4. You can see plenty of forest like this on the Cowall Peninsula.

  5. Similar all over Scotland, but the closest to this I’ve seen was a forest walk trail (marked with plaques etc.) that was Newton Stuart way.
