Price gouge bans only create shortages and black markets. Speaking from first hand experience when stationed in Florida during hurricane season. Wanna make sure there’s not enough water to go around? Take away the entrepreneurial incentive for individuals to purchase elsewhere and transport it where it’s demanded.
