Do only "aggravated tax fraud" end up as criminal records in oikeusrekisterikeskus or do any and every tax mistake end up there? Like in this infamous Youtuber case it was aggravated tax fraud and she was given a prison sentence which means it's a criminal record. But if it is a more simple case of the Tax office auditing you and making a demand and you simply pay up, will it also appear as criminal records?
