Ukraine To “Destroy Russia’s War Potential” With Kursk Op, Lukashenko Warns Of Nuclear Response

Russia on August 18 denied reports that Ukraine’s attack on the Kursk region had derailed indirect talks with Kyiv on halting strikes on energy targets. Russia said that there had been no talks with Kyiv about civilian infrastructure facilities. The Washington Post reported on August 17 that Ukraine and Russia planned to send delegations to Qatar to negotiate a deal halting strikes on energy infrastructure. The Post reported that the agreement, which would have been a partial ceasefire, was derailed by Ukraine’s attack on Russian territory.

    There’s nothing after Kursk, I’m afraid…
    I bet Putin can not believe his luck, the Ukrainians took away elite troops (allegedly) from the Donbas for this inconsequential incursion, trying to lure the Russians away from the front lines(supposedly), the Russians didn’t take the bait and are now advancing rapidly.
    The Tsentr Group of Forces has liberated one of the largest settlements in the Dzerzhinsk agglomeration of Artyomovo.
    And as we speak, Mi-28nm are using Vikhr missiles to destroy cluster of enemy manpower and armour in border area of Kursk region, its a matter of time before their collapse…there is NOTHING after Kursk

  7. If the ukrainians are so consistantly bad with strategy couldnt they at least try and hire somebody whose not with all that money?

  9. Ukraine has ground to a halt in kursk. Unless they can figure out something else, they will soon lose that ground.
    Russia has border guard, who us very lightly armed and serves only to retreat and call up the military. The military will then deploy as needed. This is why the first couple days always show progress, before it all stops. Every major country has this setup, but the media wont tell you that.

  10. The real reason Germany is withholding that aid money is because Germany is angry with Ukraine for blowing up that Nordstream pipeline which ended up tanking their economy.

  15. Lukashenko should not wish a nuclear response. Nato will not be just quiet and no responsive action. It will be the end of his regime and the end of his ally Russia. Nato has only two targets, Moscow and Minsk and game over.

I wish people could understand that to defend our own futures here in the rest of Europe we must also support countries like Ukraine to defend itself against what was a viscous aggressive invasion by Putin on an ego trip to keep himself in power. Ukraine deserves full support from all of us or believe me, Putin will be on our own doorsteps sooner than later. Nobody wants war, least of all those conscripted soldiers, those innocent civillians, or the rest of Europe, but if we fail to face up to Putin's unnwarranted aggression in Ukraine, we are all giving ourselves a future problem. It isn't Russians, the people, it is Putin who has a sick warped mind. This war was not necessary and should be stopped with the support of all of us. Ukrainians have fought bravely to defend their homeland, everyone of those people deserve a bravery medal, so stop moaning the rest of Europe, and just take note – this will be us in future if Putin isn't stopped now. Shades of Hitler – do I have to spell this out?
