  6. What is the linguistic reason that these posts incorrectly use “The russian ferry” instead of “A russian ferry”? I suspect it has something to do with the Ukrainian language characteristics. Surely there is more than one russian ferry in the world, and probably many/several in the Krasnodar region? So why the use of “the”?
