Considering that almost 30% of the goals came from the bench last season, but at the same time considering that we're super packed in terms of the quality of the starting eleven.. Which bench players realistically stand a chance?
For me Guler MUST play for example.

Yeah he’s always been hesitant to make changes. With so many games this year the squad will be asking to be subbed out. The team will have to have two styles of playing.. one with a fast attack and the other with subs and more control football
Your post history is quite…interesting.
Madridista?
Cule?
Gulerista?
I mean it’s only been 2 games with the new squad, how can we conclude that Ancelotti doesn’t trust his bench players? Ofc he trusts them, our bench is stacked with some amazing players. He just wants to see how the system works with his ideal XI. I also criticized the very late subs in Mallorca game but it doesn’t mean it’ll happen all the time.
The article in itself is basically:
-Real Madrid bench is good and contributes to goals a lot (at least they DID contribute to the goals a lot last season)
-Ancelotti must trust them
like, okay? Who says he doesn’t. Guler, Diaz, Vazquez, even Endrick will find minutes to prove their worth throughout the season. I think Guler is the strongest contender to become a starter in our current bench, but this doesn’t mean he’ll earn his spot in the first few weeks. It can take up to 1-2 whole seasons for him to find his true role and play in his crafted position for the team (it’s only been 1 year and it was full of injuries until the last couple months of the season). But fans are impatient.
Pretty sure he’ll do it this season considering the amount of games
I hope Carlo will back to 4312 with Diaz/Guler as 10
Guler perform well in that position in Euro
