Ukraine Pushes 35km into Russia | Vantage with Palki Sharma

Ukraine’s military has taken a bold step by establishing an administrative office in Russia’s Kursk region, advancing 35km into Russian territory. Ukrainian forces now control over 1,150 square kilometres, including 82 settlements. Ukraine says over 100 Russian troops had also surrendered to the Ukrainian forces. However, Kyiv insists that the incursion is not an attempt to seize Russian land. Instead, the move aims to pressure Moscow into negotiating a just peace. Meanwhile, China held talks with the Vatican about its peace plan for Ukraine. Palki Sharma tells you more.

  1. The problem is through out history:
    The Napoleon, Hitler and others couldn't defeat Russia. So, today a comedian cannot defeat Russia.
    I have no doubt that Russia is luring the Ukrainians deep into Russia, so Putin can rally the Russians behind him.
    He always argued that NATO wants to invade Russia through Ukraine and he proved his point. Thanks to the comedian.

  14. Its a ploy coz now ukraine can attack moscow and get putin ,easier to get troops in faster thru fronlines ,way easier for ukraine to organise attack against putin ,crazy i thought russia had liads of army personell

  24. UKRAINE must be very careful not too make the same mistakes like Napoleon and Hitler.Russia will retreat slowly and come back like a tidal wave. Ukraine must at all costs increase its air support and bolster its right and left flanks .
