32. Bangladeshi flood isn't caused by nature. Indian policy for opening the dam is absolutely crazy. They have caused a flash flood. Whoever owns the dam has the responsibility for the policies set for that dam. Why would India set this policy that when the water level rises to a cataclysmic level the gate will open and when Bangladesh needs water, it'll stay closed. Are you freaking kidding us?
