1. No doubt it was due to the Russian soldiers captured as POWs in Kursk.

2. Ukraine captured over 2000 russian soldiers during the ongoing Kursk operation. At least 150 of which are conscripts, who are not supposed to be actively deployed to combat. Curious if the 115 they exchanged for were all conscripts or if any were the other soldiers.
