I need help understanding something about my DNA prepaid SIM in Finland.
I bought the "rajaton" prepaid SIM, thinking it included unlimited internet ans domestic calls for 30 days.
However, after only 10 days, my balance dropped to 3 euros.
Upon closer inspection, I found that I was charged an extra 27 euros in call fees, all from calling taxi companies to request a ride.
I was surprised because I thought the plan included unlimited domestic calls.
What I want to know is:
* Is it common in Finland to be charged for calling to request a taxi?
* Or, is it possible that I was charged extra because I have a large suitcase and requested a larger taxi?
Thank you for your help.

Taxi numbers usually use service numbers which are more expensive to call. You should see the price under the number on their website. The deal only includes normal cell phone numbers and landlines.
Your suitcase have nothing to do with your bill caused by calls to premium service lines.
Better to use taxi apps than call. It costs..
Did you call 020202 and asked them to connect you to taxi? Their charges are out of roof if you as them to connect you to anywhere.
Taxi numbers cost usually 2€/call + something/minute.
