Mouse eaten bread in Netto

I went to buy bread at a netto near my house tonight and when i was looking i found 3 burger buns with broken package with gnawing marks and in my opinion the way it was eaten is definitely a mouse doing so i went and alerted a staff member which was really dismissive and at first denied then said it comes from lager like this and they don’t have a mouse problem there and then said she can’t do anything and when i said she should report it she said i would do it but we are closing now !! and she only throw out the ones that were obviously eaten and didn’t check others for possible tear in the packaging or anything.now i really wanna know where can i report it? I really hate how they dismissed that like it was not a big deal and a normal occurrence!!
