Looks like someone had to move out for whatever reason and did not give a fuck. What I’ve heard it somewhat common with foreign students.
My neighborhood is pretty clean, though I dont even live in a nice region (Rastila, Helsinki). I have seen trash outside of bins in some neighborhoods, don’t know why it happens.
