My boyfriend and I are staying in an Airbnb in Vienna. We used the washer tonight, a Koenic KWM 6212 D top-loading washing machine, and at the end of the wash cycle it made a terrible noise. We went to check it and the plastic had broken and our clothes are stuck in the metal drum. The metal drum will not move at all. We read the manual in English before we used it because we aren't familiar with this kind of washing machine and offered to pay to fix it. We already told the Airbnb host but obviously it's 4am. We're supposed to leave for Slovenia at noon tomorrow. Does anyone know how to get our clothes out? We think it's still full of water but can't find anything in the manual about this.

you encountering a washing machine related issue in Austria does not make us washing machine experts.
you said you are supposed to leave at noon. your host is probably going to wake up at 6-9.
pretty sure you can just wait
