1. If they have the capability they should do it. If Kyiv can be targeted then so can Moscow.

3. Nothing has stopped Russia for killing countless civilians. I’m not saying do the same, by gods don’t, but there are safe targets in both cities. If they can hit them, the time to hit them is now.

4. A terrorist state does not understand negotiations, it understands only terror, and destruction, they shall taste their own soup.

5. That’s a mistake, you can’t negotiate with the russians authorities because the only language they understand is force, Ukraine should aim for complete victory.

10. If Ukraine starts hitting civilian targets in either city, I have a feeling any support from Allie smart start to wane. Ukraine cannot attack civilian populations because Russia has done so, they have to be better. All for attacking any military targets in or around those cities though, especially if you can limit civilian deaths.

11. Russia is already open for negotiation. Ukraine just has to give up four of its oblasts and the war will be over as per the peace deal put forward by Putin a few weeks ago.

14. Not sure why , if they now have the ability, just start systematically hitting large military bases. Quickly and carefully. The men working there will very quickly tell their relatives about what’s happening whether Putin tries to suppress it or not. That would get everyone’s attention.
