putin is 100% to blame for everything. these people are actually lucky. ukrainians have it much worse because of putin.
it seems like they are only mad because the war has finally become inconvenient to them personally.

I remain skeptical. I have relatives in Russia and nothing changes according to them. In fact now people have started to talk that Putin was right about NATO plans to invade Russia.
As Balkan war in nineties demonstrated in Serbia people supported the central government until massive amounts of refugees has started to move into Belgrade and other big cities. And the number of displaced people in Kursk is too small by Russian scale. Presumably only millions of refugees will make a difference.
