Hello, I went through the stadium tour, and it was amazing! The technology applied on the stadium is awesome, the trophies and immersive tour is amazing. Really worth seeing.

However, when going through the highlights and main players, the panel for CR7 was shutdown.

Is there a special reason for that? I doubt it was occasional, as everything else is perfect to the detail.

Is there any underlying reason for CR7 highlights being turned off?

  2. It’s been 3 years since they reopened the stadium and this €30 tour is still this half-assed museum, nice trophy rooms, & panoramic view.

    You don’t get to see the press room. You don’t get to see the VIP lounges. You don’t get to see the dressing room. And worst of all, you are still not able to see the pitch on ground level. In fact you gotta climb 5 sets of stairs to make it to the 500 levels to start the tour. And instead of connecting you directly to the store like before, on your exit you gotta run down 5 levels of twisted ramps.

    I don’t understand what they’re waiting for to return the tour to its previous attractions because all construction around that area is complete. The dressing room is complete. The pitch is accessible directly via the 200 levels.

    The only construction going on is at the roof level where they’re working on the new restaurant.

    Hell, they don’t even have the name and crest yet on the outside of the stadium.

  3. Could be crowd management during peak hours/days to keep it moving along smoothly and not create a choke point at that exhibit

  4. As excited as I was… It was a pretty disappointing tour tbh. I can understand about the construction, but even in 2024, half the things people would like to see were closed to the public, even if the construction in most of the places is complete.

  5. sometimes it just doesn’t work, i’m afraid. when i went a few weeks ago there was literally One screen in the room with all the players from the male football team that wasn’t working but everything else was.

    def could be a mix of that and what another commenter said of crowd management, people tend to linger a lot in that room
