To save anyone else the bother, needless to say he was NOT in fact given 26 months inside for waving the English flag.
yeah no, “He was later arrested in Roscoe Street and taken to custody where he was charged with racially/religiously aggravated harassment, having an article with intent to destroy/damage property, and obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.” none of that says “waving the flag”
