Why this villages covered in water during the building of a dam weren’t demolished ? Aren’t they some hazard risk for the water inside reservoires? I know a few drowened villages in Romania, but I thought this happens becouse of the workers lazyness or some communist chief hurrying to impress theor bigger chiefs, or as an act of intimidation towards people refusing to leave their expropriated homes.
