Magnitude 5.3 or 5.4. Nothing major. Some people will wake up and some will not. Don’t expect major damage beyond a crack in the wall here or there.
Again?
The ancestral panic once the confusion passed and I realised it was an earthquake. At least now I know my survival instincts are abysmal cause I just stayed in bed wondering if it was gonna get worse 🥲
My first day of vacation and not only am I woken up at 5AM but I also don’t know if it’s safe to go to the beach or not 🙁
People up in Porto reporting that they woke up because of it, and I slept like a baby throughout these things, as usual, so lame… In seriousness, I just hope there’s no injuries nor damage.
Slept through the thing in Lisbon on the top of a big building. Good to know my body reacts to danger well
If having lots of these little ones means we can avoid another 1755, then I’m all for it. I barely felt it in Lisbon.
Woke up to the whole bed shaking. Asked my gf what the hell she was doing. Then we realized it was an earthquake and had no idea how to react as we’re tourist from somewhere that never has earthquakes.
Good to know my primary reaction to disasters is ask stupid questions.
I was in the Southwest coast in the closest area to the epicenter, slept like a baby didn’t feel a thing.

At least it’s not off the Canary Islands.
