Sure the German army is on the Czechoslovakian border but only because viscious French and British propaganda have inflated the threat of war. Germany has mobilised a force of 100,000 men after receiving intel info about massive attack on the sudentenland being planned. This is to protect the German majority that populates this part of Czechoslovakia in case of military action by Prague.
