6. Rostov-on-don is the main Russian logistics hub for the whole offensive isn’t it? So will this (and the other Rostov blast) be having a more significant impact on the front line and troop redeployments than any random refinery?

   From that angle it looks like it is at least 3 tanks burning. That is a proper fire.
