  1. Dalata is a horrible company. Overcharge their guests and actively make their staffs lives horrible. Worst job of my life, constantly worked six day weeks and always understaffed.

  2. At a minimum the hotel should be made to contact those that have booked asking them to give up the booking for a fee. Offer €150 a night plus full refund, and I am sure people who aren’t going to the concert would take it.

  3. That’s called “Yield Management” and is nothing new, and Maldron is not a great hotel group anyway…
