  1. Gonna miss him but it is what it is. We move on and make new memories with our new wingers! Good luck Chiesa and i hope he gets back to what he supposed be!

  2. 13 mil was his burden in our books for this season right? At least we break even. What a disaster.

  3. As an Italy national team fan I hope he can have a resurgence. Liverpool/PL is a great destination for him.
As a Juve fan and huge admirer of Chiesa in his peak years I’m disappointed that he couldn’t give us more, and that he was ultimately ungrateful. It’s a little sad to see him go but I’m very relieved he’s finally gone, on we move!

  4. Wish him nothing but the best, but I’m glad to get rid of him after this fiasco and he really hasn’t been a great player the past year or two anyway. Glad to see management won’t put up with stuff like this. Thanks for the couple good years Chiesa!

  5. Honestly it really sucks that it had to end like this, but he really made it hard for me to feel bad for him the way he and his agent acted for the renewal proposal. So long, Chicco.

  6. Wish the Barca deal could have went through. Atleast would have been able to watch him at another club i like

  7. Outside Italy is good , the less players in Italy who have something to prove vs Juventus the better

  8. The flipping on this thread is crazy, I remember how much hate allegri got for not starting him and now suddenly it’s the right decision.

  9. Slinks out in the last days of the window to go be a bench player on what I assume is the same salary he earns here. Incredible how delusional some of our players were over their worth.

  10. No matter how it’s gone I still wish his story here wasn’t over

  11. If this happened during the dinosaurs tenure I would be fuming as he often was the saving grace of the time

But meh, team looks solid now, we get some money rather than lose him on a free, he goes to a nice club in a foreign league, it’s fine

But more than anything, post injury he never was the same.. totally expect him to get a shaqiri like figure at Liverpool, great substitute but not a starter

  12. I think he’s gonna be a bench warmer over there. Liverpool is jacked

  13. I was wishing to see him playing under Thiago Motta Juve, but it is what it is

  14. No ill will towards Chiesa, I’m happy that he’s going to a big club.

Now, I’d be a bit concerned about his opportunities there, Salah, Jota and Diaz would be hard to overtake.

  15. It was a done deal when the Liverpool forums started the plane tracker

  16. What a let down from Chieasa , Good luck for the future

  17. I’ll take €13mil to Liverpool than loss of €5mil on contract termination and watching him in Inter or Napoli

  18. Didn’t want him to leave because I love him as a player, but his attitude on the pitch is blatant. I think this will be a big reason of his push out.

If we sign sancho now, giuntoli is really treating this window like it’s fifa career mode.

  19. I’m a little sad for his departure, especially with such a low price

  20. When I think of Chiesa I am reminded of many precious memories, both of his first year at Juve and of my own life: the discovery of his talent, the pandemic, that magic summer of 2021.
I have always linked the final part of my adolescence to his image, as anyone would do with an iconic player of the past when remembering their own youth.
This definitely sounds excessively nostalgic since it’s only been 3 years lmao, but to see how the table turned in such a short span of time is incredible and kind of distorces my perception of time.
Bye Chicco, the rest of your career will surely shine but we all expected more of you as a person.

  21. Liverpool saved the day. Talks with Barca made no sense to me. They are broke

  22. He was definitely my favorite player of the past few years, too bad he couldn’t become a hero here for many reasons.

It’s sad to see him go, but I have to say it doesn’t hurt THAT much because this new team and project look so good.

  23. I know it’s off-topic, but is anyone else annoyed every time they read a Romano tweet with how he writes “done” or some synonym of that after almost every sentence? We get it.

    Good luck to Chiesa though

  24. He won’t be a starter for Liverpool, they have Luis Diaz, Gakpo, Diogo Jota and Salah.

Considering we would have lost him for zero in January we managed to get the best we could. He’s worth more than 13 millions but I’d rather see him there in Liverpool than at Inter for zero.

Good luck Federico, now I hope we get Sancho

  25. Imagine leaving a beautiful city like Torino to live in Liverpool. Brutal. I still love Chiesa and wish him all the best.

  26. A bittersweet feeling like with Dybala. It didn’t work out and we should not force it. But we will all look back at him with affection and be glad if he does well at Liverpool. Like I am happy to see when Dybala scores for Roma. I’m sure I’m not the only one 🙂

  27. He’s just gonna end up warming the bench at Liverpool and then get completely forgotten in a few years. I wish him the best, but it’s sad to see another Italian talent going away.

  28. Happy this saga is over. Good player but never as good as he was post ACL injury. Hope he finds his form again for the sake of the national team.

Just happy to keep cleaning house and starting fresh
