2. Could an unspoken reason be wanting nothing to do with Alec Baldwin!

3. He didn’t really explain anything, just that he wasn’t feeling it. There’s no deep reason, he just wanted to go with a daughter-mother-grandmother story

4. No way you could sell 2024 Baldwin as 1988 Baldwin, they barely look related at this point.

6. When Baldwin was asked if he would agree to participate in the movie if requested, Baldwin replied that he would  “give it a shot”

7. How would they explain ghosts aging? The de-aging CGI would have been expensive and looked creepy. Which might have worked if they could come up with a useful part for them to play.
