If you are on BT full fibre and your speed test is alot lower than that are we phoning customer services????

O2 is really bloody patchy around Armagh and on the roads into it.
o2 speeds are night and day faster than 3
Bt fibre have a “maximum” and “guaranteed minimum”. If it’s slower than the minimum for like a month or something it’s a breach of contract.
Speed to the router and to your WiFi connected device though is another layer. I’ll need get into specifics but BT speed are to the router, your device may slow it down if not newer types.
