News from Mordor. The fire at the oil depot near Kamensk is repeating the situation in Proletarsk. There is not enough foam, the fire cannot be stopped. It will be ablaze until all the tanks burn out

  1. During Desert Storm a team of explosive experts effectively put out many rig fires . I believe they were from Texas.

  2. Yes that’s good news today. Stay safe Ukrainians and Allies 💪

  3. About the new fire near Kamensk Shakhtinski:
Because the tanks are not shown in openstreetmap,
this time a geohack link. So you can choose your preferred provider
of satellite imagery. Google has it from the construction phase:
    https://geohack.toolforge.org/geohack.php?params=48.45795_N_40.33052_E
    .
About the “original” Proletarsk fire also in Rostov region:
Local news still has the topic “oil/fuel base burns”.

Yes, I know it is not the right weather for a heartwarming video.
But the fire is probably burning there for more than 10 days.
    Now looks like this:

    From two days ago.
If you think it would have been the right time for damage assessment,
you haven’t see the end of the video.

  4. Russian oil profits literally going up in flames always warms someone’s heart.

  5. I’d say that means by now ruzzia is out of foam. Get fcked lol

  6. Ukraine needs to send a cluster munition drone to each of these sites once they’re ablaze.

Even the smallest leak from a tank will ignite under these conditions, and the whole tank farm will go up.

  7. Have we a list like 5/300 depots destroyed or something like that ? Idk what is the proportion of destruction.

  8. Excellent! I guess a bottleneck of any supply for anything is a good thing- especially Firefighting foam!

  9. Russia is now fielding early WWII era vehicle towed artillery. In a few months we might see horses towing some 18th century cannons to the front.

  10. Id like to think when Modi visited Ukraine, Zelensky said with a smirk, buy all the Russian oil you want. There won’t be much available soon anyway.

  11. 2022 – Russia runs out of 5.45mm Kalashnikovs, starts using 7.62mm stockpiles.

Early 2024 – Russia runs out of T-80 tanks

Late 2024 – Russia runs out of **oil**.

  12. and here i m paying 400 euros a year for my cars exhaust fumes.

  13. Seems like a fun game. Drive ruzzian petroleum to zero. Do it!

  14. Oh so that’s what it’s like to have 5 year olds run your emergency planning. Russia truly is a joke.

  15. You mention the foam which is the only way to put an oil fire out. What is interesting is how russian fire service seem to lack it. In previous fires we have seen them using water which not only does nothing but can risk spreading the fire as the oil will just float on it happly burning away to the next location.

  16. And right before harvest season and fuel demand peak by the agricultural sector… Chef’s kiss 👨‍🍳

  17. Just wish Ukraine could zap all of Russias oil, energy and infrastructure. Could shorten the war drastically.

  18. >It will be ablaze until all the tanks burn out

    Well that’s just a damn shame isn’t it…./S

Queue all of the microscopic violins!

  19. Hey Igor… your fuel depots are running a bit rich blyat.

  20. They should relocate their refineries out of drone’s reach. Lol

  21. I should do an AMA for these tank fires but the challenge is getting foam and water to these sites. This is not oil, these are finished product tanks where shipments of diesel, gasoline, jet fuel and kerosene are stored once they leave a refinery. The product is moved from refineries to these distribution sites via rail. These sites were built with a design flaw in their tank fire wall design. These tanks being damaged are simply making the supply chain realllllly stretched for fuel. Also foam is a commodity and they have probably already blown their load. Now to destroy the foam factory outside of Moscow.

  22. I hope pipelines are damaged too, so these fucks can’t pump out the remaining tanks.

  23. Beautiful! Maybe next drone should drop a ring in there, just for the remote chance.
