    a bench with Carva, Rodry, Arda, Ceballos and Endrick;

    and we still have Alaba, Jude and Cama injured.

  9. A bit more creativity with Modric, more presence on the right with Brahim. It should be a much better show tonight

    They will also play 3 games per international break.

  11. This lineup absolutely makes sense, Brahim deserves it. The front line is going to look much better in my opinion, Rodrygo was a weak link on the RW as he always shifted left. Brahim would do well as a CAM in this role, and have Mbappe/Vini play a front two.

    When the subs are made, Rodrygo can come in for Vini, Guler for Brahim, and possible Endrick for Mbappe.

  12. Got that Brahim jersey on its way just in time for him to start firing on all cylinders! Got to feel bad for opposing teams, you start to get tired and they sub in Rodrygo 😂 I also like that Vasquez is playing…this lineup should be fun.

  15. Let’s hope brahim performs. He’s never really had a stand out performance as a starter with us.
    It’ll be different from coming on against tired legs.

  22. Good stuff, then probably sub in Rodrygo and Arda to bring in some fresh legs in the second half against a potentially more open team. I expect Endrick to play too. Carvajal seems like he’s resting

  25. hoping brahim uses this chance to impress, not that he has to though considering he almost always puts on an incredible performance whenever called upon.

  27. Rodrygo being benched is a nothing burger, we play again on Sunday. Brahim needs to deliver tonight as a starter and stop losing so many balls.

  32. I like that Ancelotti is doing rotations. With such amount of young talent and the long season this is a must.

    I would have started Arda vs Modric and sub him in the 65 instead of what he did, just to keep giving Arda the self confidence that he needs.

    Benching Carvajal is a good idea to both rest him and show him that nothing is granted as he has not started that well the season. Not big mistakes or playing bad but also not being in attack what we need from him with most of the team bunching on the left side and he having all the right side.

    I’m curious about Brahim vs Rodrigo to see if it does help Vini and Mbappe to get more space.
