Based on the street sign for New Bond Street and number 22 visible on the shop. There is also a small black sign warning against flyposting in ‘Bond Street’ and ‘Conduit Street’ suggesting it’s the intersection of those two roads
The only small mystery is the sign for Berkley Square car park. Berkley Square is in the other direction relative to this junction, but this is post war London, some streets may be blocked or one way systems may be in place (which they still are today).
22 New Bond Street?
How cool would it be to be able to see modern London during the war or post-war years using AI glasses or something.
I thought the sign above 22 New Bond Street said “Bell Invisible Murders” instead of “Menders” at first. 😀
