So before I went to vacation I’ve seen this cat on the balcony and me and my sister saw in what shape the cat was I really want to help her and I don’t know if she has a chip for who the real owner is and if she even has a owner.
I don’t really know what to do any help would be appreciated and if somebody knows this cat contact me please !!!

If possible, leave also some fresh water and cat food outside
outside cats often look a bit dirty, especially when they have long hair. They roll around in mulch or sand so they quickly look like strays. You still shouldn‘t act that fast since I have a cat sitting on my balcony all the time and she always looks dirty but I know for a fact that she has owners so I don‘t feed it or take it inside.
Lately, I see so many posts of people adopting „stray cats“ that seem properly fed and nourished but only a bit dirty. Pleas don‘t steal cats…
Cats like to just find spots to chill at. Mine does it all the time. I regularly see my cat chilling some blocks away at a random door step.
Make some posts on local Facebook pages, instagram or any social media forums in general, call a vet, check for chips or tattoos (often in the ears) and call local animal rescue organizations. Ask your neighbours if they miss their cat. When you‘ve done all that and still have no clue whether she belongs to anyone or not, then you could start thinking about adopting her 🙂
