Have you tried soda crystals?
Turn on your Heating full wack and your AC, also make sure the blower is set to feet. Crack the passenger window and let it idle for an hour or two to let the alcohol evaporate. Then run a can of £5 ac cleaner from Halfords and the smell will be gone. I’ve done this myself lol
Will save you £150 on an ozone treatment.
Vodka is just alcohol and water, it’ll evaporate away if your car is warm enough and ventilated.

Have you tried the local corner I’m sure a few bozos would work that carpet bone dry without a snifter left oh oh oh.and the AC well they’d have that dry as bone ..
When my neighbors car got flooded they use cat litter to dry it up…. Worth a go?
Just buy a Ulsonix airclean, they come in handy around the house as well. The cost of buying your own unit is probably the same as what they charge to treat a car.
Put a car of opened coffee unsealed and open close by it and it will draw the moisture
