If every night we had as much fun, we'd never get enough sleep, but we'd always be happy👅
Allowing workers to choose their hours would be good. We all know that businesses would set out contracts with 10/12 hour shifts. I guess it's up to us if we want that…
You could ask your boss that now
F labour
I dont mind being paid less.
Good luck getting anything done on a friday. 😂
What's this stupid style of over emoting. It looks ridiculous BBC
Love it I always was worked 4 days a week. Right now only 3 days because I am studying
Business and conservatives fear anything that benefits the labor they exploit anywhere. If those laborers get 3 consecutive days off, instead of spread out over the week, they'd have time to rest, go to school, live their lives or look for better jobs. That's why conservatives hate this.
"Hey boss, I'm gonna switch to a four day work week." "Yeah? Lemme sweeten the deal! How about a no day work week?" "Uh… oh… OK. I guess I'll stick to the five." "Make it six and we'll forget this conversation ever even took place."
Imho: Some industries could make a win-win for Co & Workers. ( I did frequently 12hs shift in a very industrialized country). 4×2 just needs a well coordinated plan, a good idea worth to tinker with👍
